Yes. Our panoramic indoor pool measures 5 × 15 m, the water is chlorine-reduced saltwater at about 29 °C, with a view of the Imberger Horn. Open daily 7:00–22:00, for children up to 15 from 10:00 to 20:00.

Yes, on request. Exactly one dog per apartment, and the number of dog-friendly apartments is limited – please tell us in advance. Two dogs need two apartments, subject to availability. A dog costs 10 € per night. Allowed in the lobby, bar, terrace, grounds and apartment, not in the restaurant; at breakfast and dinner your dog may join you at the bar. Cats are not allowed; guinea pigs and rabbits in a cage are welcome – please mention them when booking.

45–55 m² with 2–3 rooms, balcony, kitchenette and dining area. Comfort and Premium are for 1–2 guests, Family Comfort and Family Premium for 3–4. For groups of up to 9 and families wanting a separate children's room we have special layouts – on request directly with us.

Yes. Half board includes the breakfast buffet from 7:00 to 10:30 and in the evening a four-course menu of your choice or a buffet. Dinner is served from 17:30 to 20:30 until 25 November 2026, from 26 November again in two sittings: 17:30–19:00 and 19:30–21:00.

Your apartment is ready from 16:00 on the day of arrival; reception is staffed daily from 8:00 to 20:00. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00.

The municipal visitor's tax (Kurtaxe) is 3.30 € per adult (16+) and day, 2.00 € per day for children and teenagers aged 6–15, children under 6 are free. All prices are plus visitor's tax.

The outdoor car park is free. A space in the underground garage costs 6 € per night from April to October and 9 € per night from November to March.

As a rule until 2 days before arrival, 18:00. For stays over Christmas and New Year the deadline is 30 days before arrival. Some packages have their own deadlines, stated with the offer.

On site in cash or with all common cards. Prepayments by card, payment link or bank transfer by arrangement; the bank details are in your booking confirmation.

The house is closed from 8 to 23 November 2026. Arrivals are possible again from 24 November.

Reception is staffed daily from 8:00 to 20:00, the night porter from 22:30 to 7:00. Between 20:00 and 22:30 and between 7:00 and 8:00 nobody is at the desk – our digital host GAMSI answers questions in the chat 24/7. In an emergency always call 112.

Smoking is not allowed in any indoor area or apartment (a fee of 150 € applies). It is allowed on the balcony, the terrace and in front of the three entrances.

We are disability-friendly but not fully accessible. There are two lifts (one at reception, one in the middle of the building at the central entrance). For wheelchair users we are only partly suitable – please discuss the details with reception beforehand: +49 8324 9840.

No. A fan is available subject to availability; with awnings and blackout it stays pleasant in summer.

Yes. Washing machine and dryer are on the ground floor below reception, 2 € per hour each. Every apartment also has a small clothes horse.

Everyday items such as razors, sewing kits, deodorant, detergent pods, hairspray, combs or batteries are available at reception.

No. Bathrobes for adults, towels and sauna towels are in the apartment. More sauna towels are available at reception.

Shortly before arrival by e-mail as a QR code (Allgäu-Walser app or web) if you have completed the registration form online – then it is already valid for bus and train on the day of arrival. Without a smartphone we print it for you, or you collect it at reception from 8:00 on the day of arrival. Guests booked through AKON and business travellers do not receive the card.

Yes. With the Bad Hindelang PLUS card the ski pass for the Oberjoch/Unterjoch ski area is included in your booking – as a day pass, from the first night.

Our outdoor playground is being rebuilt and will probably stay closed until the end of November 2026. Inside there are two playrooms, and we lend footballs, badminton and other games for outdoors.

Yes. Nights with breakfast or half board can be booked online about a year ahead – currently until August 2027.
