Vacation time is family time—but Mom and Dad have to go back to work. Now it’s Grandma and Grandpa’s turn: With Gamsi’s “Vacation with Grandma and Grandpa,” grandparents and grandchildren have the Allgäu all to themselves for four days. And no one has to cook.
Room for everyone—and peace and quiet for everyone
Guests stay in a two-room family hotel apartment: separate rooms so that the adults can still sit together long after their grandchild has gone to sleep. Bathrobes are provided for Grandma and Grandpa, and upon arrival, there’s a welcome drink for young and old alike.
An adventure for the little ones
A day pass for the petting zoo, an afternoon of ice cream with a Gams ice cream sundae, and the play areas at the hotel—the playroom, the table tennis room, and the activity area right in front of the hotel. Meanwhile, Grandma and Grandpa relax with coffee and cake.
Enjoy a meal without having to cook
A gourmet breakfast buffet is served daily, and in the evening, guests can choose from a set menu with a salad bar; buffet dinners are also offered occasionally. The indoor pool, saunas, and fitness center are available free of charge.
The entire Allgäu region right on your doorstep
With the Allgäu Walser Pass, which includes the Bad Hindelang PLUS package, you can ride the Oberjoch and Bad Hindelang mountain railways for free, visit the Wonnemar water park or the Bad Hindelang natural swimming pool, and play at the Allgäulino arcade or the Tennis-Fitnesspark. And your grandchild can take part in the BaHiLa vacation program: forest ropes course, family rock climbing, archery, mountain Indians, summer biathlon, and much more.

The visitor’s tax is not included in the package price: €3.30 per adult per night and €2.00 per child aged 6–15, payable on site.
