We are happy to accept reservations by phone, fax, email, mail, or directly through our website. Our team is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to answer your questions, address your requests, or process your reservations.
Check-in
Your apartment is guaranteed to be available to you starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Our front desk is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

You'll receive your Bad Hindelang PLUS card when you check in.
Payment
You can pay your bill in cash or with a debit card.Advance paymentscan be made conveniently by bank transfer—please include your booking number, your name, and your travel dates. You’ll find the bank account information in your booking confirmation.
Check-out
We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of your departure.
Tourist tax
All prices are exclusive of tourist tax according to the local rate. Upon presentation of a severely disabled person's pass from 80 % GdB or for business travelers an exemption is possible.

Of course, we’ll take care of the appropriate catering options—tailored to your specific needs. We’d also be happy to provide a shuttle service to the hotel.
In close collaboration with the town of Bad Hindelang, we offeryouour large hall, which can accommodate up to 483 people in row seating or up to 361 people in banquet-style seating. We’ll assist you with all technical requirements, from audio to video equipment, and provide you with a customized quote tailored precisely to your needs.
