In our GAMS restaurant, you can expect culinary experiences that impress with genuine craftsmanship and fresh ingredients. We rely on homemade stocks, aromatic sauces and regional products with character. Wild herbs from Allgäu meadows and respect for animals and nature are a matter of course for us.

Every day from 17:30 to 21:00 you can enjoy a varied 4-course menu of your choice with salad and starter buffet or our popular gourmet buffet - lovingly prepared and accompanied by attentive service.
We also offer suitable gluten- and lactose-free alternatives for guests with intolerances. Please inform us of this on arrival.
