We use fresh ingredients and select regional products, which our kitchen team—led by Executive Chef Roman Beer—transforms into exquisite dishes. Enjoy the attentive service of our trained and warm staff, who will take good care of you and are happy to fulfill your requests. In addition to the extensive selection of delicious dishes, we also offer a comprehensive beverage menu featuring a wide variety of fine wines and regional specialties.

Every day from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., you can enjoy a varied 4-course menu of your choice, featuring a salad and appetizer buffet, or our popular gourmet buffet. Everything is prepared with care and served by our attentive staff.

We also offer suitable gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives for guests with dietary restrictions. Please let us know about this upon your arrival.

To avoid overcrowding in the restaurant, dinner will be split into two seatings depending on the hotel’s occupancy: 5:30–7:00 p.m. and 7:30–9:00 p.m. Subject to change. If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please let us know in advance.
