ACCESSIBILITY OF OUR WEBSITE - ACCESSIBILITY ENHANCEMENT ACT

As a company, we strive to make our website as accessible as possible so that all users - including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies - have equal access to our content.
As our products and services are not aimed at end users, we are not currently subject to the requirements of the Accessibility Improvement Act. Nevertheless, it is important to us that our website is user-friendly and easy to use for everyone. For this reason, we are already voluntarily implementing numerous measures of the law - and will continue to add to them step by step.

In doing so, we follow the guidelines set forth in:

Status of compliance with the requirements

Our website is currently not fully compliant with the applicable accessibility requirements. We are continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers.

This website strives to partially comply with Level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” (March 2021) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102, as well as with the requirements of the Bavarian State Act on the Accessibility of Information and Communication Technology (BayBGG) and the Bavarian State Ordinance on the Accessibility of Information and Communication Technology (BayBITV).

Non-accessible content

Some content on our website does not currently meet accessibility requirements. This includes in particular

• Content that is not yet available in accessible form (e.g. older PDF documents or embedded media without alternative texts)

Disproportionate burden

• a large amount of existing content that cannot be made completely accessible at a later date.

Exceptions to the scope of application

Certain content on this website does not fall under the legal requirements for accessibility, e.g:

• Content from third parties that is not created or controlled by us
• integrated external applications or services (e.g. maps, social media plugins)
