Our restaurant, “GAMS & GAR,” is known for its authentic cuisine and a passion for the craft: homemade stocks, sauces that require time and expertise, and dry-aged beef aged in-house. Chef Roman Beer and his team transform traditional cuisine into moments of handmade delight.

GAMS Cuisine
Good food is an essential part of any vacation. Here, it’s a reason to stay a little longer. The hotel restaurant GAMS & GAR is open to everyone—hotel guests and visitors alike. Hand-made stocks, dry-aged beef from our own aging process, wild herbs from our own garden—Chef Roman Beer and his team cook dishes that take time and taste great. Right on the southern slope in Bad Hindelang, with the Hirschberg right outside the door. This is where you come to unwind.
